Terms and Conditions when making a reservation
I n order for us to accept your booking your party leader must read these conditions. The person who signs or submits the booking form must be over 18 years.

We require £100.00 per person ( non refundable) deposit with booking, then final balance 8 weeks prior to departure.All cheques to be made payable to Vero Italia in sterling If booking within 14 days of departure a Bankers Draft is required for the full amount.

In the unlikely event of cancellation the party leader must do so by telephone immediately and then in writing. Cancellation charges will then be payable as set out below.

More than 55 days - deposit only
54 - 30 days - 50%
29 - 0 days - 100%

Depending on the reason for your cancellation you may be able to claim these cancellation charges under the terms of your insurance policy. (We strongly recommend you purchase your own insurance policy to cover for any unforeseen circumstances or adversities).
